Yeah, we’re kind of a big deal! Our rallies are the second largest rallies in Texas! Second only to The Lone Star Rally. The Spring and Fall rally seasons kick off with us! We strive hard to provide a safe, fun, and memorable experience for all! This includes our guests, staff, bands, vendors, sponsors, and Bandera residents. Motorcycle Rally in Bandera Expected to Draw Huge Crowd Sept 27-29
TEXAS TRAVEL WIRE 9/1/24 – Texas Radio Hall of Fame, KLOL alumni, and Houston legend Outlaw Dave, is the events new Entertainment Manager, Stage Manager, and Emcee.
Bandera officials advised that residents should take extra care on the road the weekend of the rally and watch out for motorcycles. While there will be a rise in traffic, Bandera welcomes the annual event as it brings a significant increase in revenue to local businesses.
Texas SportBike Moto Rallies Acquires Biker Rallies of Texas

Thunder in the Hill Country Returns for 21st Year
BANDERA BULLETIN 04/5/23 – With RVs, tents, motorcycles and people packing Mansfield Park, it was clear spring’s Thunder in the Hill Country rally was underway.
Organizers told the Bulletin there were no incidents or trouble this year, just good times.
“This was our 21st year, and we had over 6,500 guests from as far away as London,“ said Lonnie Fitch of Biker Rallies of Texas, who organizes the event every year.
“This may be the biggest spring event we’ve had,” said organizer Bill Taber, adding the event, which featured activities for people with and without motorcycles to enjoy, would not be possible without staff and volunteers.
Fitch said the event was much more than a little party in the hills.
County Approves Bid for 2024 Solar Eclipse Event at Mansfield Park
BANDERA BULLETIN 3/29/23 – After discussion and review of two bids for a Special Event application for Mansfield Park rental during the 2024 Solar Eclipse occurrence, Bandera County Commissioners unanimously chose Biker Rallies of Texas to host a mega event at the park for the upcoming eclipse next April.
Boys and Girls Club of Bandera County Benefits from 20th Anniversary Bike Rally
THE BANDERA PROPHET 4/1/22 – After the most recent Bikers Rally held at Mansfield Park, the Boys and Girls Club of Bandera County announced that Bill Taber, with the Biker Rallies of Texas and the organization he represents, donated a check for $2,500 to benefit the programs of the local Boys & Girls Club.
Biker Rally Celebrates Second Decade
BANDERA BULLETIN 3/30/22 – People driving by Mansfield Park last weekend might think Bandera is the motorcycle capital of the world based on the amount of bikes present for the Thunder in the Hill Country Texas Hill Country Bike Week event.
The event was hosted by Biker Rallies of Texas, who also hosts Rumble on the River. Both events draw a huge crowd to the Cowboy Capital of the World.
“We are celebrating the 20th Anniversary in Bandera and it is great,” said BIll Taber, Biker Rallies of Texas CEO Bill Taber.
Taber said his company and the Bandera community have worked hard for two decades to grow it into a three-day event that draws bike riders like a giant magnet. READ MORE
