Do I have to pre-register?
No, you don’t have to but we highly recommend it! Pre-registering ensures faster check in at the gate. It also ensure’s you get the FREE limited edition event t-shirt, if you pre-register by the cut-off date. And, it ensures your tickets are locked in, in the case of a sold out event. Yes, it’s happened!
I pre-registered in time to get the free event t-shirt where do I pick it up and can I change my t-shirt size?
If you pre-registered durring the free event t-shirt offer timeframe, your shirt will be available for pickup at the Biker Rallies of Texas Merch Tent, at the rally.
Unfortuantely, we cannot allow size swaps on pre-registered t-shirts. We cut off pre-reg with the free shirt in time for us to print exactly what you ordered when you registered, so please ensure you order the correct size.
I forgot to pick up my free event t-shirt or was unable to attend the event to get it. Will you mail my shirt to me?
The free pre-registration t-shirts are only available on-site during the rally. It is your responsibility to to pick them up at the Biker Rallies of Texas Merch Tent. We do not ship the free t-shirts.
Are showers free?
Yes! Mansfield park’s public showers will be open and hot showers are free for all rally guests.
Do you allow tent camping ?
Yes, Tent camping is allowed and is FREE with the purchase of a weekend pass.
What type of RV hookups are available?
Mansfeld Park has 50 amp electric and 30 amp electric RV spots. You must pre-register to reserve these… and do so quickly becuase they go fast!
Is there a water/dump station for my RV on-site?
Yes. There is a water and dumping station available on-site at no additional fee. It’s located direclty accross from the registration gate.
I am going to sleep in my enclosed Motorcycle Trailer, do I need a RV site?
Yes, you will need to purchase a Self-Contained RV site and your weekend passes.
Are day passes available for those that can’t stay all weekend?
Yes. Saturday-only day passes are available at the gate after 2 pm Saturday for only $35
Is there Wi-Fi internet available at the park?
Yes. Mansfeld Park has FREE Wi-Fi internet.
Can we bring our BBQ Pit?
Yes. We will have vendors on-site with a variety of delicious food options to choose from, but you are welcome to bring your own groceries and grill at your campsite.
Can we have campfires?
***If a burn ban in not effect you are welcome to bring a fire pit or fire ring. All fires must be properly contained. No open flames permitted. If you plan on building a fire, you must build it properly to protect yourself, fellow campers, and the surrounding environment.

Can I bring my dog?
We do not encourage bringing pets to the party. However, if you choose to bring your dog with you, they must be on a leash at ALL TIMES.
Are Golf Carts and Side by Sides Allowed
Yes. Golf Carts and Side by Sides are allowed. No ATV type 3 or 4 wheelers allowed. If it has handle bars and it is not a motorcycle, trike, sling shot, or bicycle it is not allowed.
Can I get a refund or sell my RV sites or Tickets ?
This is a rain or shine event. All sales are final. No refunds. Non-transferable. No Exceptions. If event is rescheduled or cancelled by Governmental authority, tickets will be transferred to the next scheduled event. However, you do have the option to get Purchase Protection. See below for more details.
Purchase Protection
The option for Purchase Protection is provided by a 3rd party when you register online. Purchase Protection is not an insurance policy. It is a service by Purchase Protection LLC that will refund you 100% of your event fees, taxes, and dues should you be prevented by unforeseen circumstances from attending the event.
